Deanna is the Owner and Operator of Emerge CrossFit. She is married with three kids and one fur baby. She has been doing CrossFit since 2013 and originally started because a friend took her to their gym’s “Bring a Friend” day. Outside of running Emerge, her and her husband also run an HVAC business. 

She is very into sports, camping, reading, game nights, hiking, and going to see live music. She is deathly afraid of heights but somehow the thrill of a rollercoaster ride is worth the risk. Deanna has her L1 and L2 CrossFit certifications along with a CrossFit Kids certification.
